Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks an Armed Driver Patrol Risk Management Officer in Miami, FL. You will perform armed patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain security protocols across client sites with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The role requires prior armed security or related experience, valid licenses, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screens. Excellent communication and a calm, professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• CPO certification required.
• Armed guard license or license to carry.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Criminal history considered in a manner compliant with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of properties and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access; verify credentials and document visitors and incidents.
• Maintain firearms qualifications and follow laws and site protocols.
