Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Armed Guard Card or license required.
• 40 Caliber Endorsement required.
• California Weapons Permit with a 9mm Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, entrances and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document observations in reports.
• Communicate with site contacts and leadership regarding security concerns and updates.
