Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, offices, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; maintain logs and documentation.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
