Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in line with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while implementing safety and security procedures and site policies; assist with emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents and handle critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter; adapt to variations by client site.
