Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor for a new data center construction site in Hubbard, TX. The role will supervise security personnel, coordinate service delivery, and act as a liaison between customers and operations managers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of security and supervisory experience, an active Level 3 Security License, and flexible weekend availability. Uniforms provided; weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services at the site.
• Liaise between customers, operations managers and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Prepare and interpret reports from scheduling/billing software.
