Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Site Supervisor for a new Data Center construction site in Hubbard, Texas. The role oversees security staffing, enforces safety protocols, and coordinates with site management to ensure high-quality service.

The candidate must have an Active Level 3 Commission Security License, weekend availability, and strong customer-service skills. Uniforms are provided and pay is $32.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professionalism across all levels.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of security services at the assigned Data Center construction site.
• Coordinate site staff, coaching, recognition, and disciplina within empowerment guidelines.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
