Job summary

J Gaming is seeking a Collections Security Officer to safeguard assets and perform video gaming collections. The role requires carrying a firearm, professionalism, and strong judgment. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, a valid FOID, and meet IGB/IDFPR licensing with background checks.

Responsibilities include secure currency handling, documenting funds, and generating gaming reports in a fast-paced environment across local locations. Training provided; no supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain required gaming/armed security licenses.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and FOID card.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong moral character and professional demeanor in security roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Safely handle, transport, and account for currency with accuracy.
• Transport and reconcile assigned funds to support gaming issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all fund transactions and documentation.
• Generate and process gaming machine activity reports per procedures.
• Maintain situational awareness and effective communication with team and customers.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
