Job summary

Brink’s Global Services, a division of Brink’s Inc, is seeking an armed CDL driver to securely transport valuables for customers. You will operate armored vehicles in a controlled, security-conscious environment and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a Class A CDL, be 21+, pass firearms licensing, and be able to lift 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial driver.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A currently valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, security and control of the armored vehicle at all times.
• Guard the Messenger during delivery or pickup of valuables at customer locations.
• Maintain radio communication with crew and dispatch.
• Load and unload the armored vehicle as necessary.
• Report faults and complete driving route documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicle interior and exterior and report issues.
• Provide high level customer service to Brink’s clients.
• Assist with movement of valuables between facility and vehicles as needed.
• Comply with all DOT and traffic regulations.
