Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card/license.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
