Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card/license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution, following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity per site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and security-related activity logs.
