Job summary

Wright Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dependable Assistant Site Lead to support security operations at a high-visibility church in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

This second-in-command role is armed and requires G license, with Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays as fixed shifts and additional flexible mornings/evenings. You will oversee posts, manage staffing, and coordinate coverage to ensure safety, discipline, and professional operation within a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in ARMED security or law enforcement in a supervisory role
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay alert for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Available for required schedule (Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays)
• Technologically competent
• Own full tactical gear and weapon
• Class MB License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee security posts (Lobby, Sanctuary, Parking, Youth Areas)
• Ensure staffing, on-time, and SOP adherence; create weekly schedule
• Fill posts or coordinate coverage as needed
• Conduct spot checks for uniform, alertness, and post compliance
• Maintain communication with Site Lead and church staff
• Provide real-time incident updates and operational concerns
• Assist with pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs
• Provide coaching and corrective feedback to team
• Assist with incident response and reporting
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall team performance
• Support disciplinary actions as needed
• Lead monthly staff meetings and create weekly schedules

Assistant Site Lead ( PART-TIME)– Security Operations (Church Environment)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay: $232- $23 per hour

Schedule Requirements

• Sundays: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Required)
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Required)
• Additional: Require Flexibility for Fri/Saturday mornings and weekday evenings as scheduled

Position Overview

Wright Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dependable, professional, and proactive Assistant Site Lead to support security operations at a high-visibility church in Fort Lauderdale.

This role serves as the second-in-command on-site, assisting the Site Lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all security posts are covered, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-coordinated environment for leadership, members, and guests. THIS IS AN ARMED POSITION. MUST HAVE YOU G LICENSE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time updates on incidents, guest arrivals, or operational concerns
• Assist with pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 Prior experience in ARMED security or law enforcement in a supervisory role
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Must be available for required schedule (Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays)
• Technologically competent.
• Have full tactical gear, including level IIIA or higher Body Armor; and own weapon.
• Class MB License (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Years Experience in executive protection
• Experience providing security services for executive or VIP clients
• Prior experience as a site lead, supervisor, or team lead
• Class MB License (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
