Role Summary

Serve as the primary Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition representative, managing relationships with large, business-minded ruminant producers (500+ cows) and their network of influencers.

The ideal candidate is based in SE MN or W WI but open to other locations within the region supporting MN, E. IA, and W. WI.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined sales targets to promote accelerated regional growth.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with targeted ruminant producers, increasing product sales.
  • Develop relationships with key industry influencers to expand product penetration beyond direct targets.
  • Identify and demonstrate the value of core offerings to influencers and their ruminant customers.
  • Use account plans to address customer and influencer needs, including financial advice, product information, training, and data monitoring, to boost sales.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication within the targeted market.
  • Keep customer and influencer information updated in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate distribution requirements and resolve issues with the Regional Account Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
  • Travel 50-75% as required.

Education and Experience

  • BS/MS degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the ruminant or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and meeting goals proactively.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
