Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Technical SETA to provide onsite support in Arlington, VA.

The role involves applying a strong technical background to assist DARPA program managers, assess risks, and perform technical analyses to inform planning and investments. The candidate will coordinate meetings, draft briefings, and communicate complex issues clearly to senior executives, while ensuring program execution aligns with DoD expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and eligible for TS/SCI.
• Interest in technology management with technical understanding of engineering challenges.
• Strong organization and communications skills, briefing complex tech to senior leadership.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite DARPA program support and technical analyses.
• Assist in risk management, cost estimation, and technology transfer efforts.
• Coordinate performer meetings and track progress with the program team.
• Draft briefs, reports, and documentation for senior executives.
• Liaise with PMs, legal, and administrative staff to enable project execution.
