You'll work hands-on with industry-leading CNC equipment, load inputs, and ensure quality from start to finish during a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities.

No CNC experience? Training is on us — we hire for aptitude. We value strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, and travel for the initial training period is required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel during the initial training period.
• Experience in manufacturing or structural steel fabrication (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Prior CNC machine operation (preferred).

CNC Equipment Operator

Join a precision-driven fabrication team operating industry-leading CNC equipment. You'll work hands-on with advanced machinery, ensure quality at every step, and build real expertise through a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC equipment — Saws, Drills, Peddiwriters, and Camber machines — with precision and confidence
• Load and unload raw materials, maintaining uninterrupted production flow
• Perform continuous quality checks against detailed blueprints and engineering drawings
• Uphold strict safety and accuracy standards on every shift

Paid training program

Selected candidates receivefully company-funded training— hands-on time our fabrication plants in Texas and Oklahoma.
