Job summary

The Law Firm of Brown Gren Abraham & McCracken LLC is seeking a full-time, motivated paralegal to join their Arizona team in the Workers’ Compensation practice area. The successful candidate will manage the document and discovery phase of cases, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, paralegal certification, and 2+ years of litigation support experience. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers' compensation or similar litigation support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and discovery process in assigned workers’ compensation files.
• Maintain knowledge of the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Act.
• Draft and serve various pleadings.
• Create IME/DIME packets for administrative offices.
• Professionally communicate with clients and outside vendors.
