Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly, dependable server for the Aria Lounge at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel. You will take orders, serve guests, and uphold high standards of hospitality in a dynamic, dinner-focused setting.

As a team player, you will work night shifts, manage multiple tasks, and ensure guests feel special even on busy nights. You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or foodservice preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and long hours.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and process guest orders using MICROS for the Aria Lounge.
• Serve guests and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Handle duties with speed and accuracy during dinner service.
• Support team through busy periods and lift heavy trays when needed.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a server in the Aria Lounge, the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel’s contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks, your typical day will be using the operating system MICROS to take and serve guest orders to the high standards of customer satisfaction that we take pride in.

You are a night owl and a prime example of a team player. You are relentlessly reliable and don’t mind shifts up to 10-12 hours. You know how to make a guest feel special even when it is a busy night and are able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are able to keep a quick pace and lift heavy trays up to 30 lbs when needed.
