Job summary

CVG Airport seeks a detail-oriented Supply Manager/Officer to oversee compliance, procurement, inventory, and grant administration for the ARFF department. You will coordinate equipment, materials, and resources, ensuring policy alignment with FAA, KCAB, and Kentucky standards while maintaining accurate records.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, with strong communication, data entry, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of direct experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to manage budgets, grants, and procurement processes.
• Experience with policy compliance and records management.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and ensure policy compliance with FAA, KCAB, and state regulations.
• Direct and maintain department records and procurement processes.
• Coordinate inventory management and grant reimbursement claims.
• Act as Supply Officer during emergencies, coordinating resources for firehouses.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and maintenance contracts.
