Delaware North Sportservice seeks a Sous Chef to join UBS Arena's culinary team in Elmont, NY. You will partner with the Executive Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen, ensure quality, and elevate guest dining experiences.

The role requires strong culinary expertise, menu development passion, and leadership to mentor a talented team. Comprehensive relocation is available and benefits include medical, 401(k), bonuses, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years culinary experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-motivation skills.
• Experience in high-volume production and food quality control.
• Knowledge of cost monitoring, menu development, and inventory practices.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe and related certifications.

• Supervise and lead the culinary team to ensure efficiency and high-quality food.
