Job summary

Olympia Entertainment is seeking a self-motivated maintenance team member to support the operation, maintenance and repair of Little Caesars Arena and related properties. You will perform general upkeep of venue amenities and assist with day-to-day operations during events.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, custodial tasks, and providing support for event needs while ensuring a safe, clean environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building repairs and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate general shop tools and equipment.
• Certified or able to be certified to operate forklifts and lifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with others.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and upkeep of Little Caesars Arena and facilities.
• Assist with event setups and day-to-day operations.
• Operate and maintain venue equipment and custodial tasks.
• Support environmental services and recycling programs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
