Job summary

Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook responsible for food preparation and cleanliness under the supervision of the culinary team. The position requires at least 3 years of food industry experience and a current ServSafe Food Handler Permit.

This role will cover the 76ers’ facility in Camden, NJ, and the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The role includes flexible scheduling, and offers various benefits including medical, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food industry experience required.
• Current ServSafe Food Handler Permit is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily food prep as directed by the chefs.
• Set up and break down kitchen stations according to menu.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and dining spaces.
• Receive orders and fill out applicable logs.
