As a guest services associate, you will greet patrons, assist with seating, verify tickets, and provide directions while maintaining safety and a high level of guest service throughout events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a stadium or arena guest service or security role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patrons and assist in directing them during events.
• Check tickets or counts to verify entry and seating.
• Provide guests with directions to seats and located areas of the arena.
• Confirm guests are in the correct seating sections per their tickets.
• Deny entry to those without proper credentials or tickets.
• Keep walkways clear and maintain a presentable area before doors open.
• Identify safety issues and report incidents to a supervisor.
• Deliver the best possible service by listening to guest concerns and requests.
