Qualifications

• Experience in organized basketball as a player or assistant is preferred but not required
• Ability to arrive at work at least three hours before game time for prep
• Demonstrated professionalism and focus on duty
• Strong commitment to serving others in a courteous, selfless, and team-oriented manner

Responsibilities

• Set up court and locker rooms pre-game
• Load in/out visiting team
• Sweep and wipe court floor
• Distribute water, towels, warm-ups during timeouts
• Fold warm-ups and towels
• Assist with laundry
• Rebound for players before game and halftime
• Post-game court and locker room breakdown
• Other duties as assigned
