Job summary

Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment is seeking Part-Time Event Staff for F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, TN. This role supports Guest Services by securing the building, assisting guests, and enforcing event access and safety.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible evenings, weekends and some holidays required; background checks may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Provide quality guest service and assistance to clients, guests and other Team Members.
• Inspect assigned work area prior to and during event, looking for safety hazards and report issues.
• Welcome guests with a smile and helpful attitude as they enter the building.
• Work ID checkpoints, access-only areas and seating sections as assigned.
• Monitor area for issues and identify opportunities to enhance guest memories.
• Maintain high level of customer service and respond professionally to guests.

Responsibilities

• Identify, receive and quickly act upon guest requests or complaints; escalate as needed.
• Detect unauthorized persons and report policy violations.
• Maintain knowledge of arena facilities, seating, and emergency procedures.
• Work cooperatively with all Team Members across the facility.
• Attend facility trainings when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
