Job summary

A leading sports and entertainment organization in Atlanta is looking for a Security Officer to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and guests. Responsibilities include conducting security checks, monitoring designated areas, and responding to alarms. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and at least two years of experience in security, military, or police roles. The position requires availability for 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledgeable and competent in speaking and writing English.
• 2 years progressive experience in a traditional security, military or police role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrol and building security checks.
• Visually inspect and monitor designated post area(s).
• Respond to local audible alarms and report as instructed.
