You will handle beverage service, stock and bar setup, cash handling, and compliance with liquor regulations while maintaining top guest relations in a high-energy stadium setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar setting is required.
• Outgoing personality and ability to interact with high profile guests.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up bars and stock all beverages, glassware and condiments.
• Maintain stock and prepare garnishes to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Take and serve drinks, ensuring portions and presentation meet recipes.
• Verify guest identifications and monitor for intoxication per policy.
• Handle cash, process payments and secure funds.
• Lock up and store all beverage products and cash; manage deposits.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized; maintain an attractive display.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
