Job summary

ASM Global Group is seeking a senior culinary leader for Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City, LA. You will oversee concessions, premium hospitality, suites, catering, and special events, guiding production and service at high-volume arena settings.

You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure recipe accuracy, menu development, and cost controls while maintaining top quality and guest experience during concerts, sports, and family shows.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts program or ACF apprenticeship.
• Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiencies and costs.
• Strong leadership, financial analysis, and team-building skills.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced arenas or catering environments.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day culinary operations for concessions, suites, catering and events.
• Assist Executive Chef with planning and executing production for arena events.
• Supervise culinary staff and ensure adherence to standards and recipes.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, storage, and waste control to optimize costs.
• Ensure sanitation, HACCP, and safety throughout kitchens and stewarding areas.
