Job summary

Block22 Companies, Boise-based, is seeking a Concessions Server for Idaho Central Arena to deliver fast, friendly service, take guest orders, and process payments at arena concession stands.

You will greet guests, accurately take food and beverage orders, operate the POS, balance the till, keep counters clean, restock supplies, and follow sanitation procedures during events, mainly Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Teamwork, respect, integrity and passion are core values in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in concessions, food service, or retail preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate POS to process cash and card transactions.
• Balance register at end of shift and report finances.
• Maintain cleanliness of concessions counter and area.
• Restock condiments, napkins, and supplies as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures and dispose of trash.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
