Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Concessions Scheduling Supervisor for Utah Jazz & Utah Mammoth events at the Delta Center. You will build and maintain concession schedules, track staffing levels, and support event-day staffing needs, ensuring the right team is in the right place on time.

The role requires strong organizational skills, on-site presence, and collaboration with managers and temporary staff to meet labor goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of scheduling, staffing coordination or event operations experience.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software; experience with MyStaff/When I Work/Deputy/Kronos preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish schedules for Concessions team members based on events and staffing needs.
• Coordinate staffing for Utah Jazz, Utah Mammoth games, concerts and arena events.
• Communicate shift assignments and schedule changes in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor availability, time-off requests, and coverage gaps; maintain accurate records.
