Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and trends.
• Able to obtain Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Demonstrates excellent hospitality and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide servers drinks from the service well.
• Complies with alcohol service policies and checks IDs for minimum age.
• Follows cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations and sanitizes.
• Takes inventory counts and maintains stock levels.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates needs.
• Maintains positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
