Job summary

Caretech is seeking caring professionals to help clients remain independent and comfortable at home in Albion, Nebraska. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and practical support while earning competitive pay.

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your availability, plus training and ongoing support to help you grow in your caregiving career. No caregiving experience? We’ll train you—bring compassion and dependability.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Caretech offers reimbursement).
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete required background screening.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but not required.
• Experience with transfers, gait belts or Hoyer lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, dressing and personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and safe movement.
• Prepare meals and assist around the home.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Help clients remain safe and independent at home.
• Offer encouragement, patience and a helping hand.
