The role requires a Master’s degree (MBA or MHA) and 7+ years of contract negotiation experience, with proven success in payer, PBM, and pharmacy network negotiations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA or MHA) required; bachelor's with senior-level experience may be considered.
• Minimum seven years of contract negotiation experience required.
• Experience negotiating retail and specialty pharmacy contracts with payer, PBM, and retail network arrangements.
