Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. through Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a senior sales professional to drive insurance business development and manage an existing book of business.

The role requires strategic coordination with management to meet revenue objectives across designated regions and specialty lines. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of related sales experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

How you’ll make an impact

Manage insurance business development activities while servicing existing book of business. Develops sales strategy, goals and objectives in coordination with management, and ensures revenue and profitability goals are met for a specific geographic region(s)/segments/specialty lines of business.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7-10 years of previous professional related sales experience.
