We’re looking for a driven B2B Field Sales Trainer who thrives on helping others win in sales. This is a hands‑on, in‑the‑field position, not a desk job. This role will lead from the front by coaching, training, and closing deals alongside our sales team as they connect with local business owners to deliver cutting‑edge internet upgrades. Represent the nation’s #1 Fiber Optic Internet Provider while developing top‑performing sales professionals and driving real impact in your community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.


• Conduct in‑person meetings with business owners across your local market.

• Drive consistent daily activity and accountability to achieve results.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales (Telecommunications experience preferred)


• Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to connect and earn trust


• A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same


• Solid comfortability with CRM / Technology


• Field Training Experience with team of 5+ in B2B - Preferred


• Self-driven, coachability, and a team‑first mentality
