Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for our Algona, IA site to oversee a production staff and coordinate resources for safe, efficient operations.

You will communicate across all levels, support seasonal production, monitor quality and inventory, and prepare workforce, equipment, and materials for upcoming shifts. You’ll partner with leadership on workforce planning and improvement initiatives, champion safety, and step in as a production technician when needed.

• Demonstrates exceptional skills in building rapport and trust with colleagues.

As a Team Lead, you will oversee a staff of production employees and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure safe and smooth operations.
