Job summary

All City Management Services is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and support our School Crossing Guard program in San Clemente and Dana Point. This part-time, seasonal role follows the local school calendar and operates during school days only.

The position includes supervising guards, coordinating staffing and payroll, and maintaining gear while contributing to student safety and community wellbeing. A company cell phone and tablet are provided; eligible for year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, and technology.
• Reliable transportation with current automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds.
• Ability to successfully complete all required background screening.
• Applicants living in or near San Clemente or Dana Point are preferred.
