Job summary

All City Management Services in Fountain Valley, CA, is seeking an Area Supervisor for a part-time, seasonal, school-year role. The position is located in Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, CA, with approximately 5 hours per day and a $22.00 per hour wage.

At All City Management Services, our School Crossing Guards are the face of student safety in the community. As an Area Supervisor, you will help recruit, develop, and support the employees who keep children safe every school day.

Daily Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and train new employees
• Coach and support School Crossing Guards
• Conduct field visits and safety reviews
• Manage schedules and staffing needs
• Complete payroll and reporting
• Assist in field operations when needed
