Qualifications

• Minimum age of 23 with a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally leading teams of 5-8 members.
• Pool industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pool maintenance technicians.
• Address and resolve customer concerns proactively and effectively.
• Oversee team inventory and inspections using the AquaFleet App.
