Job summary

dd's Discounts is seeking an Area Supervisor to join Store Leadership. You will be responsible for a specific area of the store, general operations, and supervision of the store when acting as Manager on Duty.

You will ensure proper merchandise presentation, maintain a clean work area, and execute company operational processes as needed. Must have open availability (nights and weekends required). Previous experience as a keyholder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.

GENERAL PURPOSE:

• The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty.
• Area Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• They ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Area Supervisors are also responsible for executing and supervising Company operational processes as needed.

Must have open availability (Nights and Weekends are required). Previous experience as a keyholder is a plus.
