All City Management Services is seeking an Area Supervisor for East Los Angeles, CA. This part-time, seasonal role supports school-day operations by recruiting, training, and supervising School Crossing Guards.

You will coach staff, conduct field visits, manage schedules, and handle payroll and reporting, with a company cell phone and tablet provided. Eligible for year-end bonus.

At All City Management Services, our School Crossing Guards are the face of student safety in the community. As an Area Supervisor, you'll help recruit, develop, and support the employees who keep children safe every school day.

Daily Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and train new employees
• Coach and support School Crossing Guards
• Conduct field visits and safety reviews
• Manage schedules and staffing needs
• Complete payroll and reporting
• Assist in field operations when needed
