All City Management Services, Inc. seeks an Area Supervisor in Palmdale, CA for a part-time, seasonal, school-year schedule. Location is Palmdale, with approximately 4 hours of work per day and a company cell phone and tablet provided. Eligible for a year-end bonus.

As Area Supervisor, you will recruit, develop, and support School Crossing Guards who protect children on every school day. You may also perform payroll and reporting tasks and assist in field operations when needed.

As an Area Supervisor, you'll help recruit, develop, and support the employees who keep children safe every school day.

Daily Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and train new employees
• Coach and support School Crossing Guards
• Conduct field visits and safety reviews
• Manage schedules and staffing needs
• Complete payroll and reporting
• Assist in field operations when needed
