Sonic Multi-Unit Leader Job Description

As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting staff to ensure quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Key duties include:

1. Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and employees, including conducting management orientation.
2. Assigning employees to ensure service standards are met.
3. Overseeing employees in various stations to ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet standards.
4. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook policies and practices.
5. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly.
6. Managing work schedules to ensure proper staffing.
7. Monitoring cost control procedures and vendor performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
8. Auditing employment and payroll records.
9. Focusing on guest satisfaction and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints.
10. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management staff.
11. Approving compensation within company guidelines.
12. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.
13. Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.

Additional Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
2. Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
3. Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred.
4. Availability to work a minimum of 5 days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and health regulations.
6. Leadership, communication, and basic computer skills.
7. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.
8. Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
