General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works is seeking a Safety Leadership and Operations professional to oversee shipyard production, ensure QA compliance, and coordinate multiple supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, conflict management, and a proven track record in shipbuilding processes and MACPAC usage. A High School diploma or GED and BIW apprenticeship background preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BIW Apprenticeship or related education preferred.
• Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes and MACPAC system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities and coordinate supervisors in the shipyard.
• Ensure work meets QA requirements and proper documentation.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Promote teamwork and maintain safe, compliant operations.
