Base pay range

$25.00/yr - $32.00/yr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and professional relationships with customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers, embodying the principle of "Treat others as you would want to be treated."
  • Meet and exceed all terms and conditions of contracts for the location(s).
  • Assist with hiring, supervising, retaining, and terminating employees.
  • Document associate corrective actions, including progressive discipline if applicable.
  • Properly train associates in customer service, operational procedures, time card completion, and on-the-job safety.
  • Conduct field audits to ensure revenue procedures are followed and revenue is accurately accounted for.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards and company safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, signage, safety, and compliance of parking regulations at all locations, monitoring regularly and taking prompt action when needed.
  • Work with the manager to process accounts payables and receivables within established guidelines.
  • Manage expenses and cash flow to minimize losses.
  • Build client/customer relationships through consistent communication with landlords and property managers, actively marketing for growth.
  • Provide own transportation at own cost, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, wear designated uniform if required, and display identification badge.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of related experience or training with increasing responsibility; equivalent education and experience acceptable.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and communication; effective in one-on-one and small group communication.
  • Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers.
  • Apply common sense and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheets.
  • Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Work Environment

Exposure to wet/humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and outdoor weather. Noise level varies from moderate to loud.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, walk, and/or run. Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Other

Must be able to transfer/relocate without notice. All employees are subject to internal audits; failure may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Salary

Salary ranges are broad to account for experience, skills, location, and market conditions. The referenced range is as of the posting date.
