Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: USD $21.63/Hr.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise assistance to persons served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being, ensuring staff interactions promote their rights and quality of life.
  2. Develop and implement activity schedules for persons served, monitor staff adherence to procedures, and ensure services outlined in service plans are delivered effectively.
  3. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately to maintain quality services.
  4. Monitor labor hours and ensure sites operate within budgetary guidelines.
  5. Manage client funds, receipts, and documentation.
  6. Deploy staff appropriately, maintaining staffing ratios per regulations and service plans.
  7. Prepare and post schedules timely, utilizing staff efficiently.
  8. Conduct performance reviews, staff counseling, and corrective actions.
  9. Provide feedback on staff documentation, including progress notes, data sheets, and incident reports.
  10. Review incident and accident reports, participate in investigations as needed.
  11. Ensure OSHA compliance and related training, documenting training and compliance.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. BA/BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Social Sciences, or a High School diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. One year of supervisory experience required.
  3. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  4. Experience managing systems, processes, and people.
  5. Must meet agency requirements for pre-employment screening.
  6. Depending on location, certification as a Food Service Director may be required.
