Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Area Supervisor for a respected restaurant group with multiple locations. You will provide leadership to General Managers, drive sales, ensure brand standards, and support hiring, onboarding, and training.

You will travel regularly between restaurants, apply food safety practices, analyze operations, and contribute to a positive culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven food service and food safety experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to regularly travel between restaurant locations.
• Comfortable with restaurant technology, including purchasing, scheduling, and food safety applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives.
• Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality.
