PSG Traffic Services, part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, seeks an experienced Area Supervisor to lead field crews and uphold safety standards across the Carolinas. You will supervise crews, conduct safety checks, and coordinate with planning to ensure timely, compliant work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the field, performing traffic control and flagging activities.
• Good computer skills to include emails (Outlook), excel, and other Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic control personnel in designated areas to include performance evaluations and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure time sheets from crew leads are accurate, complete, and turned in on time.
• Communicate daily with planning and scheduling team regarding any issues in fulfilling job requirements.
• Create leaders from the field
