Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise all areas assigned by the Store Manager, following policies regarding Customers, Associates, and merchandising.
2. Learn all phases of Store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, take leadership roles.
3. Lead the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
