Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead General Managers across multiple restaurant locations, driving sales, ensuring brand standards, and maintaining top-tier hospitality. You will mentor leaders, oversee hiring and training, and monitor health and safety compliance in fast-paced environments.

The role requires regular travel between sites, strong communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven food service and food safety experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to regularly travel between restaurant locations.
• Comfortable with restaurant technology, including purchasing, scheduling, and food safety applications.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives.
• Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality.
