Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead multiple restaurant locations, driving sales, ensuring brand standards, and maintaining health and safety compliance. You will coach General Managers, support onboarding and promotions, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

The role requires regular travel between locations, a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, and comfort with restaurant tech across purchasing, scheduling, and safety applications.

Qualifications

• Proven food service and food safety experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to regularly travel between restaurant locations.
• Comfortable with restaurant technology, including purchasing, scheduling, and food safety applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives.
• Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality.
