  • Willingness to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. Consideration includes stores in:

Andalusia, AL; Atmore, AL; Bay Minette, AL; Brewton, AL; Dothan, AL; Enterprise, AL; Jackson, AL; Monroeville, AL; Ozark, AL; Saraland, AL; Troy, AL.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Store Manager Training, with travel during training, and ongoing support after placement.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales staff.
  • Create a welcoming environment and handle customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Monitor sales and provide coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support credit and inventory management.
  • Participate in company initiatives and contribute ideas.
  • Lead with integrity and ownership mindset.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Physical & Professional Expectations
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in warehouse and delivery environments as needed.
